Upstate Refractory Services, Inc. recently completed an order of precast hearth tiles. One of the unique aspects of Upstate Refractory Services, Inc. is that our cast house and construction crew are able to support each other to get jobs done quickly, efficiently, and in a cost effective manner.
These hearth tiles were made in our cast house for our construction crew to install on site. Our crew on site assessed the need of the job while doing the demolition portion of a recent job. We were able to work with the customer for the change in the original plan, received the go ahead on the order on Wednesday afternoon, and delivered the finished pieces for install to our customer on the following Monday. We were able to form, cast, and dry these parts in 2 working days.
